Why are they fighting? From what I know, both are herbivorous.

Well... ankylosaurs could be omnivores...

You knew, that sheep, deers and cows do sometimes hunt and eat small animals like birds or rabbits?

Very surprising.

I like it.

That Saurolophus better watch out though, because if that Tarchia swings it's club tail, that Saurolophus may get a broken leg.

Dramatic music begins to play. A group of titans begin to mob an armoured tank. Repeated blows from the massive forefeet batter the ankylosaur, but it is just raising its tail, ready to deliver a crushing blow...

Meanwhile, a lizard is very happy. His dead buddy... not really.

Great work! Although you've recently been experimenting with digital stuff, I think your true strength lies here, in traditional mediums :) These are always a pleasure for the eyes. The Creatceous roadkill on the bottom there adds a nice detail.

That is both beautiful and scientifically possible. In modern animals, it's quite common for two species of herbivores to fight each other such as Elephant vs. Rhino.

Well, I guess frustrated elephants will attack rhinos on occasion, so this could be something similar.

Frustrated Elephants also try to mate with Rhinos... :P
But to me the Saurolophus just try to defend their nest, because dull straight-forward Tarchia wouldn't mind to trample over the eggs.
Ground-nesting Birds also defend their eggs against any treat, even Herbivours.

I would say this is awesome, but that goes without saying. The attention to detail in this action scene is genuinely astounding. The herbivore vs. herbivore quarrel, the little monitor lizard sneaking in to swipe an egg from under the distracted mother's nose, and especially the mashed dead lizard in the foreground. This scene demonstrates the struggle of survival more effectively than any carnivore vs. herbivore scene I've ever seen. The misty rain is a nice effect, too.
